Supervision, Consultation & Case Management
I offer counselling supervision, consultation and case management to both experienced and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and other health care professionals including EAP provision and the NHS.
My aim is to provide a safe and confidential place for you to identify practice and professional development issues and for you to reflect upon and explore your work. My hope is to provide a space where you can off load, learn, laugh, experiment, gain support, feedback and generally reflect.
I would like you to feel able to share your thoughts, feelings, professional issues and concerns with me and for you to be able to present your work in a self selected way. I see supervision as a collaborative process of exploration and development of self and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
I hold an MA in Supervision and Consultation (University of South Wales) and I have 16 years experience working within Primary Care within the NHS and independently on a private basis as well as providing consultation and supervision to 4 organisations in Plymouth and to Bristol University Medical School. I am proficient working with short and longer term contracts.
